Because our services are tailored to your specific needs and involve ongoing work, we do not offer traditional refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to working with you to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise.
1. Revisions and Adjustments
Not happy with part of the SEO work we’ve done? Let us know within 30 days of receiving the work. We’ll do our best to fix the issue and make any needed updates to meet your expectations.
2. Cancelling a Project
If you need to cancel a project before it’s finished, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on how much work has already been done, a cancellation fee may apply. If there’s any remaining balance after that, we’ll refund it.
3. Refund Policy
Because our SEO services are customized for each client, we generally don’t offer refunds once work has started or is completed. That said, if there’s a problem, we’ll work with you to make things right.
